Our rotary actuator with servo-hydraulic control from the HSL series can be used for any installation position. By using servo-hydraulic controls, the range of applications for rotary actuators can be significantly extended. Larger loads can be swiveled in a shorter time than is possible with purely hydraulic systems in which the damping paths are fixed. In conjunction with such a control system, the acceleration and braking behavior of the rotary actuators can be specifically adapted to the requirements. This means that even fast and very precise movements with large masses can be safely controlled.

We offer customized solutions for a wide range of applications. Our qualified team will be happy to advise you on design and realization.

Our HSB series rotary actuator can be used for any installation position. The rotary actuator with attached hydraulically released spring-applied multi-disc brake is recommended if a swivel position once reached must remain unchanged – even over an unlimited period of time – despite the effect of a load torque. The brake is used solely to hold the load. It should only be noted that large transmission delays in the cables can cause time differences between the rotary actuators being switched off and the released brake being applied via spring force.

In order to provide our customers with the right actuator for all areas of application, the HSB rotary actuators are available in a total of 5 different variants. We have listed the most important data below. All further details can be found in our data sheet.

Our HSG series rotary actuator can be used for any installation position. The rotary actuator also fulfills the function of end position damping with or without adjustable swivel angle limitation. This refers to the braking and deceleration of the swivel movement to a standstill. For damping, the cross-section of the bore for the outflowing medium is continuously reduced and the moving masses are thus hydraulically braked. The end position is reached when the bore is completely closed and the medium can no longer flow out.

In order to provide our customers with the right actuator for all areas of application, the HSE rotary actuator is available in a total of 6 different variants. We have listed the most important data below. All further details can be found in our data sheet.

Our HSG series rotary actuator can be used for any installation position. In the HSG series, the rotary actuator has no end position damping or swivel angle limitation. Rotary actuators in this series are generally suitable when program sequences such as acceleration – travel – deceleration in open-loop or closed-loop controlled systems are determined via proportional or servo valves. The rotary actuators in this series are often also suitable in combination with simple hydraulic circuits if the inertial forces occurring are small, e.g. when opening and closing emptying systems, actuating valves, placing and removing workpieces, swiveling load handling devices and much more.

In order to provide our customers with the right actuator for all areas of application, the HSG rotary actuator is available in a total of 11 different variants. We have listed the most important data below. All further details can be found in our data sheet.
